Most of us want to still the mind and activate the heart. We want broad mind, deep mind, whole mind.
And we all have our own perspectives on mindfulness, centering, focus, awareness and meditation. Here are mine. My take on this all is as an observer, a practitioner, and someone who appreciates language as a gateway to the realities beyond normal thinking states, where we spend most of our lives.
But the realities are bigger than language can describe. Still, language can help point the way. I spent a few years of elapsed time and lots of time at the keyboard, letting my thoughts steep and the writing ripen.
